Disable people usually have their whole life handler, but when he was so young and being move away, Canada is best place to being healed by all those forest and mountain and river stream....Not City Neon lights, at all.
So if he was assigned, like he really meeting up those handler behind, his time or their time are expired. meaning he has no more support, maybe no one assign him the handler anymore. That sometimes are like that. So anyone will be sympathize that sitaution if found out he was told to go alone, if those disability was severe or the handler were really presenece to see him, every once a while.

The only things you didn't do, was that you didn't produce a kid or two to hurt everyone more, on that finance situation. That is a super burden situation for all of us here.
People shouldn't have that mentality, what life gamble to ruin every life around, and we have to be attached to that, and never live our life ever again, that is exactly why Tina might really have to die with the rest of them.
No one can live a life, while both you and her continue to take life force away from us ....and we have everything else to do here, to function like a normal human, that you decide you go on the vacational home every so often....to ignore both of us here.
