SUNY Buffalo is the best University in that region, called Western New York.
No, Lee is very fluent. Many guys are not talkative. He can say things clear in English. That is why he has that jobs, seriously.

I think Kplan they hire tutors too. Except, they want all your scores to be right.
Not just in Science subjects.
We have Kplan classroom, right in UB too. They are at UB Commons.
Near where they sell Apple Computers and a free UB micro software disk, we pay in our tuition fees.
There are also flyers you can post out, on campus, where you just tutoring students on the free lance ideas.
